Can I manage a property while living abroad?

No. A settlement reference point is not a parcel boundary, title check or site assessment. Verification always has a stated scope, date and reviewer.
Are calculator outputs quotations?
No. Results use the assumptions you enter. A commercial estimate must identify source rates, quantities, exclusions and a validity date before acceptance.
When is a consultation confirmed?
Submitting a request saves your brief for staff review. A meeting is confirmed separately once the organizer and time are agreed.
What happens when a project cost changes?
A change order records the reason and impact. Proposed changes are separate from the approved budget; approval is required before the authorized budget changes.
Can I see all 50 research locations?
The administrative research register retains all 50 source records. Public profiles appear after review. Unresolved identities stay unpinned, and incomplete evidence does not receive an investment score.
